The Grants in Action program highlights and celebrates the wonderful work being done in the community of Hobsons Bay. In the previous five years alone, the Hobsons Bay Community Fund (HBCF) has provided $190,500 in grants to 75 local projects supporting the community of Hobsons Bay.

HBCF has been making a difference in the Hobsons Bay community for the past 20 years, working to deliver long term, sustainable change. We believe that smarter giving results in a bigger impact, now and for the future.
