Grant Reporting & Acquittal

Organisations that receive a grant from the Hobsons Bay Community Fund are required to provide a short report on how the funding was used and the outcomes achieved.

This report helps the Community Fund understand the impact of funded projects and share stories about the important work being done across the Hobsons Bay community.

Grant recipients are asked to complete a short online acquittal report within the agreed reporting period. The report includes questions about:

  • the activities delivered through the project

  • the outcomes and impact of the grant

  • how the grant funds were spent

  • photos or stories that help illustrate the project

We encourage organisations to share examples, reflections and photos where possible, as these help us celebrate and promote the work of local community organisations.

Please ensure that you have permission to share any photos that include identifiable people.
